The first Sacrament in the 2025-2026 Children's Sacramental Program is Confirmation, which will be celebrated on Thursday 30 October 2025 in our parish. Enrolments will open for this sacrament from this page on Monday 4 August and close on Thursday 28 August 2025. Further Preparation Program Details
- Baptised children who are 8 years of age (usually in year 3) or older are eligible to join the program.
- There is an enrolment fee of $75.00 which is payable via credit card during the enrolment process.
- The full preparation program usually takes six to eight weeks and includes;
- A Confirmation Parent Meeting
- Four child-parent small group preparation sessions
- A practise in the church
- Celebration of the sacrament of Confirmation
- Before the four child-parent sessions begin, there is also a special meeting for parents who volunteer to facilitate the child-parent sessions.
Details you will be asked when you enrol
- You will need to select the session time for the ceremony you will attend
- To provide the date and place of your child's Baptism and to email a copy of the Baptism certificate to us after you have enrolled
