As part of their "Glorious Lives" series, Shalom World presents their 60 minute documentary film exploring the life of St Mary MacKillop. The film showcases St Mary MacKillop's impact on education and society. The television release coincides with her Feast Day and will be shown at 7pm AEST on Thursday, 8 August 2024.
The Film not only showcases St Mary MacKillop's remarkable achievements and contributions - but also features interviews with historians, educators and individuals inspired by her legacy. Viewers will experience the difficulties she overcame and the steadfast faith that drove her. This compelling film, produced over six months, combines dramatic reenactment with expert interviews to explore her extraordinary life.
