24 Hours for the Lord

On Friday, 17 March 2023, Pope Francis will preside over the opening of the annual 24 Hours for the Lord.
At least one church in every diocese around the world will be open for 24 consecutive hours as part of this initiative.
In Broken Bay, following the call by Pope Francis, the churches below will be open for visitors to sit in prayer in Eucharistic Adoration and have access to Reconciliation. You are invited to stop by at any time, to sit and pray, and receive Reconciliation.
Bring your family, bring your friends, or just yourself and enjoy this experience. The theme for this year is: "God, have mercy on me, a sinner" (Luke 18:13).
Our Lady of Dolours in Chatswood (94 Archer St, Chatswood) will be open for 24 hours from 9am Friday to 9am Saturday. Reconciliation will be available at the following times on Friday, 9:00am-10:00am, 10:30am-12 Noon, 4:00pm-5:00pm and 6:00pm-11:00pm.
St Agatha's in Pennant Hills (20 Boundary Rd, Pennant Hills) will be open for 24 hours from 10am Friday to 10am Saturday. The Second Rite of Reconciliation will be held at 5:30pm–6:30pm on Friday.
