RCIA 2019/20 Program
Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults
What is the Catholic faith in the 21st Century?
Pymble Parish invite you to join this year’s RCIA program. It is an opportunity for everyone, Catholic and non-Catholic, to review the formation of the Catholic Faith in the 21st Century. Ever wondered what is the value in being a practising Catholic in today’s Church?
In previous years, almost everyone who has attended the sessions have thoroughly enjoyed the interactive lecture experience and the discussion between members. The sessions run for about 60 to 90 minutes each week, finishing with tea or coffee and an open discussion. There are about 25 sessions in all starting in September. We take breaks during Christmas and school holidays.
The whole course will be completed before Easter 2020.
At each session, you will be given all the notes you need for that day. Anyone and everyone is invited to attend, especially those who have little or no recent experience with the Catholic Faith. People who are non-Catholic are under no obligation to become Catholic at the end of the sessions. In fact, the sessions are basically aimed at people who want to know what the Catholic Faith is about and be able to discuss in an atmosphere where any question can be asked and discussed openly in the group.
There are no costs involved.
Please register with the Parish Office by email to info@pymblecatholicparish.org.au or telephone 02 9144 2702. We will respond with dates, agenda and possible session times.
