The Messy Family Project in Broken Bay
Mike and Alicia Hernon, Steubenville, Ohio
Catholic conversations on marriage and family. Offering encouragement, practical advice, and suggestions for parents.
People say to us all the time, “You have 10 kids? How do you do it?” By trial and error, just like you. Kids don’t know (thankfully) that most of the time parents are just making things up as we go. We remember looking for someone to tell us the perfect way to be a parent, but then we finally realised – there is no perfect way. We are still in the trenches with our children from 6-23 and a grandchild on the way as well. Parents never stop learning. Raising our 10 children has shown us that being a parent is difficult, but not impossible. We are passionate about families and we are here to give you hope.
Mike and Alicia Hernon of The Messy Family Project will be at the Star of the Sea Parish, Terrigal, 7:30pm-9pm, Wednesday, 22 May speaking on 'Messy Parenting 101' and then at St Agatha's Parish, Pennant Hills, 7:30pm-9pm, Thursday, 23 May speaking on 'Keeping Love Alive in Marriage'.
